View Time Optimization (VTO) identifies your campaigns using a combination of your DKIM signing domain (d=) and selector (s=) with the campaign identifier you select (subject line or X-header). In most cases, VTO will automatically detect your DKIM information.
If your ESP isn't listed, however, you can enter your DKIM information manually. You may need to select this option if you're using a new sending domain.
- The domain of your from address must match the DKIM d= domain.
- The selector name used in your DKIM record must match the selector name provided in VTO during campaign setup.
Note that for any DKIM/campaign identifier pair, only one campaign can be active with the same DKIM details and campaign run times. You cannot have two campaigns running at the same time sharing the same DKIM details. The exception is if your campaign identifier is the X-header and you use unique values for each key-value pair.
To find your DKIM selector and signing domain, examine your message headers for the DKIM signature, then find s= and d=. For example:
DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; q=dns/txt; c=relaxed/simple; s=x1345;
