You can check individual reputation metrics for problems in Return Path Platform under the Sender Score tile in the Monitor section. Select an IP address on the left side of the slideout to see reputation metrics for that IP.
Below the Trend graph for your IP is a section labeled Details. For most metrics, a Fix link and a question mark (?) will appear at the far right of the row for that metric. Metrics that need attention are labeled in red, with an exclamation point (!) instead of a question mark (?).
Select the Fix link and an article will slide out detailing how to troubleshoot your issue with each metric. Select the Back link at the top left of the article to return to Details. You can also review these articles in the Help Center.
