There are a few common reasons why you can't see your data:
- When ESP Connect is initially set up, historical campaign data may take up to 30 minutes to populate.
- New campaign data may take up to 4 hours to populate.
- In order for ESP Connect data to populate correctly, the default Salesforce Marketing Cloud Matching ID must be used. If you insert your own Matching ID, ESP Connect data will not populate in your account.
