The Certification Daily Performance Report (DPR) uses a color coding system to help you easily identify your Certification program eligibility and helps to spotlight potential areas of concern.
First, look at the Certification Performance Summary to find the status of your IP addresses. This chart shows you the number of your IP addresses with Active, Suspended or Warning status. And the Suspended box specifies how many IPs are Fully Suspended and how many IPs are Partially Suspended.
- Green: Active: Your IP is receiving full benefits, as your IP is within compliance thresholds. Keep monitoring the thresholds so you can observe any negative trends in performance. If you start seeing the rates increase over time and approaching the compliance threshold, it can indicate an issue with your email program.
- Red: Partially Suspended: Your IP is receiving partial benefits; indicating there is one mailbox provider or partner where the benefits of Certification have been suspended due to exceeding a compliance threshold. Benefits are temporarily suspended as long as the threshold is exceeded. You need to take a look at your sending practices for this IP related to the listed cause. The cause may be only related to one compliance threshold that needs attention.
- Red: Fully Suspended: The benefits for your IP have been suspended. Your IP address has exceeded multiple compliance thresholds and is no longer receiving benefits across all mailbox provider partners. Benefits are temporarily suspended as long as the thresholds are exceeded. There is an issue with your email program that needs your attention.
- Orange: Warning: Your IP is approaching a compliance threshold. Take a look at the specific metric nearing a compliance threshold and review your sending practices to ensure the threshold is not exceeded. Metrics nearing a compliance threshold won't cause a suspension of benefits, but a metric nearing a compliance threshold can indicate an issue with your email program. Take steps to reduce the metric so it doesn't cross the compliance threshold, leading to a loss in benefits.
