The number of annual campaigns, also referred to as events, is limited. The annual event number is based on the limit defined in your contract. Once you have exceeded your annual allotment, you may continue to send to Return Path Platform. However, you may be invoiced the overage rate, which is also defined in your contract.
The Campaign Overview tab in the Inbox Placement tile displays the number of events used so far during the annual billing period and the number of events remaining. To increase your event capacity, contact your account representative.
It is also important to note that the limit set in your contract may be shared across multiple child accounts.
