Complaint data in Return Path Platform is provided by feedback loops (FBLs) and reputation data.
- The Complaints rate, in the Details section of the Sender Score slideout, is a metric reflecting the FBL complaints that have been redirected from you to Return Path.
- The Complaints graph, in the Trends section of Return Path Platform, uses reputation data to report daily complaints from Microsoft, Yahoo!, and Comcast.
- If you are a Certified sender, you can also choose to view data from the Certification program by clicking the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the graph.
