Protecting the privacy of historical Consumer Network subscribers is a top priority. Therefore, Return Path redacts any personalized content in email creative content and subject lines to protect subscribers’ PII. This means if subject lines or body content contain any PII, such as names, it is removed and replaced with a black bar.
If Return Path cannot successfully identify content that should be redacted, you see one of two cases:
- The message is not available.
- The message has contents blacked out.
