Users with administrator access can add and change user access to accounts, change company information, and more.
Instructions
- Log in to the Return Path Product Suite.
- Find your name in the upper right side of the page and click on the drop down arrow.
- Select My Account to view your account settings, including Users and Company profile tabs. If you are an Administrator, an Administrator label is visible, located next to your name on the Users page.
- Select the Users tab.
Add a new user
- Click on the Add new user button.
- Enter the required fields, including a valid email address.
- If this user will have administration capabilities, check the This account is an admin box. Checking this box allows this user to make changes to your account, so be sure you want them to have this level of access.
- Click on the Add user button when finished. A validation email will be sent to the email address you entered for the user. Once the user has validated their account, they will be asked to create a password and be allowed to log in.
Edit an existing user
- Search for a user by entering their name in the Search field.
- For each user you wish to edit, click on the Details drop down option.
To change access to a specific product line:
- Click on the Switch icon located next to each product.
- A blue switch means the user has access to that product.
- A gray switch means the user does not have access to that product.
- Your changes are saved automatically.
To edit their user profile or to change their administrator access:
- Click on the Edit user button and make your changes. Example changes include:
- Updating user information such as email address
- Changing the user password
- Opting into email alerts for seed list changes, billing, or system updates
- Click Save when finished.
Delete a user
- Search for a user by entering their name in the Search field.
- Click on the trash can icon on the far right next to the user you want to delete.
