The Browse Campaigns tab in Inbox Insight is a tool for you to gain ideas or inspiration for your email program from historical campaigns in the email marketing ecosystem. You can do this by browsing top performing campaign creatives across different industries, from domains, and campaign types. It also gives you key performance metrics so you can understand how the campaigns actually performed in the inbox.
How to view campaigns
When you open the Browse Campaigns tab, the top performing campaigns across all industries are shown by default. You can change this by using the search or filter functionality to find campaigns more relevant to your needs.
If you want to see an entire campaign creative and its performance metrics, select the subject line or campaign creative preview to open a full, detailed view.
From the detailed view you can see:
- Subject line
- Date sent
- Creative and content
- From domain
- Read %
- Spam %
- Inbox %
- This is not Spam (TINS) %
- This is Spam (TIS) %
- % of List
- Campaign type
- Color palette
You also have the choice to save the campaign or view it online.
Note: Any personally identifiable information (PII) is redacted from creative content and subject lines.
How to use Saved campaigns
You may come across campaigns you’d like to save for future reference. If you find campaigns you’d like to save, you can add them to your Saved list to refer back to whenever you want. For example, if you’re looking for inspiration on win-back campaigns, you can look up popular win-back campaigns with the best engagement metrics and add them to your Saved list. Then you can use those Saved campaigns as examples when you’re building a new win-back strategy for your own email program.
Save campaigns by selecting the heart icon next to any campaign or within the campaign details page. To find your Saved campaigns, select View saved in the upper right-hand corner.
