Email Client Monitor provides a tracking pixel that allows you to track subscriber email client, engagement and location information. Knowing which mobile devices, email clients, and browsers your customers use to view your email, in addition to time and location data, means you can maximize response and conversion rates by designing emails just for them.
When setting up your tracking pixels, please refer to the following Salesforce Marketing Cloud help article for important detail.
To get started with Email Client Monitor, refer to the Pixel Setup tab in the Return Path Platform.
- Open the Return Path Platform
- Click on the hamburger menu, located in the upper left side of the page
- Select Email Client Monitor
- Select Pixel Setup and follow the instructions to insert the pixels into your email
